By using our services, website, and products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.1. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you:- Are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- Will use our Services only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use of Services

- You agree not to misuse or abuse our Services, including but not limited to engaging in hacking, spamming, illegal file sharing, or any activity that may cause harm to our network or other customers.
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
- Your use of our Services is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
3. Billing & Payment
- Payments for Services must be made through the available billing portals or payment methods (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.).
- All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as specified under our Refund Policy (Section 6).
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.
4. Service Availability
- While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, network issues, or events beyond our control.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated whenever possible.
5. Data & Privacy
- Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your information.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. CloudStorie is not liable for data loss unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
6. Refund Policy
CloudStorie offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers, starting from the date of their first service activation. Refunds will be granted if:- VPS is not deployed within 24 hours after payment.
- Dedicated Server is not deployed within 7 business days after payment.
- Service suffers downtime due to a network or power outage lasting more than 24 hours.
- A VPS is unusable or remains inactive within the stated deployment timeframe.
- Service is not in “Active” status (e.g., suspended, terminated).
- More than 10% of monthly bandwidth has been consumed.
- Abuse reports are filed, or the IP is listed on a public abuse database.
- IP address is blacklisted or restricted by third parties or local authorities.
- Order was placed with promotional discounts or coupons.
- VPS was self-cancelled without a formal refund request.
- Payments made via Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies are non-refundable.
- Setup fees, licenses, and add-ons are non-refundable.
7. Anti-Spam Policy
CloudStorie maintains a strict anti-spam policy. Customers are prohibited from using our Services to:- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
- Distribute email lists obtained without consent.
- Engage in phishing or fraudulent email activity.
8. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if:- You violate these Terms, our AUP, or any applicable policy.
- You fail to pay fees on time.
- We detect abuse, fraud, or any activity that compromises our network security.
9. Limitation of Liability
- CloudStorie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in question during the last 30 days.
